Our big news this month is that most of our reps are now using PDA’s to record orders. Though the change-over has taken a great deal of planning and caused some minor teething problems, it is already proving to be a huge advance. We strive constantly to maintain high standards of service to our customers and PDA’s provide some real advantages in terms of efficiency, but if you were in any way
inconvenienced during the start up period, thank you for your patience.
The Gift Fair in Auckland last month was for us an enjoyable opportunity to talk to many of you and gain first-hand your impressions of our new ranges. Whether you were interested in the high-end, luxury Fringe products, the exquisite but well-priced Punch note pads or something in between, you seemed to be impressed with what we had on offer. As always, though, we wanted to showcase our cards and this was our biggest ever display of them. If you didn’t make it to the fair, do ask your rep to show you our new products. There’s a huge choice.
