Maggie Lam

Maggie Lam has an eye for pattern and a desire to link that pattern to what we see in our environment. There is also a whimsy about her work and the way that can fit through the patterns she creates.

Maggie has created lovely cards for the Live Wires card collection, the first series showing the brightness of flowers against black and white detail. The new second series, that is yet to be born, shows trees as structure and at their full abundance.

Cards are made in New Zealand and printed using vegetable based inks on paper produced from certified and audited (WMF) Well Managed Forest plantations.
