We have taken another step closer to what we might see as “normal”. We know this has been a tough 7 weeks and been much longer and more worrying than words can say. This new Level will be like taking a step into the light.

We have taken another step closer to what we might see as “normal”.
We know this has been a tough 7 weeks and been much longer and more worrying than words can say. This new Level will be like taking a step into the light.

Rest assured that Live Wires will continue to support you in every way we can. Business is about relationships and if we can all get those right then things will fall into place. Let’s get the show back on the road!

 

Here is what we can do for you in Level-2

  • Our reps/agents can now come and visit you! They will follow the protocols of physical distancing and hygiene requirements
  • You will have 2 months to pay and free freight until the end of July
  • We can send you a link so you can order Christmas and calendars, as well as Christmas catalogues which are available from your rep
  • We can help your business with promotions, gifts and giveaways, contact us about this
  • We can provide high quality images for social media or promotions, Click Here to see how we can help
  • We can help you get our products on your website, Click Here to see how we can help
  • We have all our new products arriving in May so we will get these to you as quickly as possible
  • We can promote your business in our publications and on our website. Send an image of Live Wires products and we will give your shop a big push
  • If there is anything else that you think we can help with, please let us know

 

Here is how Live Wires will be operating under Level-2

  • Orders will be sent to the existing address unless told otherwise
  • Backorders will be sent out unless you contact us to tell us otherwise
  • All workers at Live Wires will follow physical distancing rules
  • All surfaces will be cleaned several times a day and frequent hand washing will be emphasised
  • We will have a sign in book that all staff members and couriers will use to sign in and out
  • No member of the general public can enter the Live Wires warehouse

We are experiencing delays with our shipping partner PBT. Please accept our apologies if your order takes a little longer to get to you then it normally does.

Below is the additional time delivery may take on top of the normal 1-2 day time frame.

North Island Deliveries: + 2-3 Days
South Island Deliveries: + 3-4 Days
Rural Deliveries: + 4-7 days

We, as a country, have done such a brilliant job to stamp this virus out, but now we need to rebuild. Live Wires job is to support you to do this and we will. Thank you to all the people who have contacted us and have shared your thoughts and concerns and your caring.

Due to the shipping delays, Mother's Day cards will be SOR (sale or return) if they were not delivered to you in time.

First, I want to say that we see you, we’re with you and we care about you.

See this communication not as an e newsletter, but as us wrapping our arms around you and bringing an enthusiasm to a new way of doing business. We are now at the end of the beginning and we have a chance to get the wheels of commerce rolling again from the 28th of April.

This is how we want to support you and your businesses

  • We can extend your payment terms to two months and  offer free freight until the end of July
  • Our website is up and running and accepting orders. We will be dispatching orders as soon as we can from the 28th of April
  • We will contact you before dispatching any backorders
  • We will send you a link so you can view our 2021 Calendar & Christmas collection in the coming weeks. Our Reps/Agents will have that link as well, we can also courier you printed copies of these catalogues if needed. Please contact your sales rep to organise this
  • We can help your business with promotions, gifts and giveaways.
  • We can provide high quality images for social media or promotions, Click Here to see how we can help

  • We can promote your business in our publications and on our website
  • Anything else that you as a business owner think we at Live Wires can do to help?

These are the rules that will be in place at Live Wires

  • Website/phone/email orders only - Our reps will be keeping in touch via phone or email
  • Products sent to companies with any online presence that allows goods to be sent and received with no face to face contact
  • Physical distancing remaining, most at Live Wires will be still working at home but we will be able to send orders with a skeleton staff from our warehouse
  • Contact tracing practices in place
  • Hygiene requirements still an imperative

The home stretch is nearly in sight and I know you, like us, will be making plans to deal with Level 3.

I will be writing an e-newsletter to you on Monday 20th April with how Live Wires will operate and what we can do to help you. The reason for this is that we will know more detail about what level 3 will look like and how long we may be in level 3. Dear Customers, here we are at the end of our first week in lock down and I hope you are all feeling well inside your bubbles.

First, a big round of applause for the people working on the front line, trying to contain this virus and those keeping essential services up and running, thank you.

Dear customers, in these unprecedented times, we wanted to reach out to say: we see you, we’re with you and we’re here to help however we can.

We, along with everyone else, are now in lockdown for at least 1 Month.

The most important thing I can say is to follow the rules and stay safe. We are all one community together in this and we need to beat this virus.

Update 20/3/20

We know you are hurting and this hurting isn’t going to stop for a while (but it will stop sometime!)

We want to help you as much as we can, so from the 1st of April for 3 months we will give you payment terms of 2 Months from when you place your order and there will be NO FREIGHT CHARGE on any order no matter how small. We will reassess this at the end of June. We hope this helps.
